Blac Chyna Alleges Ex-Boyfriend Choked and Spit on Her While Her Children Slept Nearby
Blac Chyna, known legally as Angela White, has leveled serious allegations against her former partner, Twin Hector, claiming he choked and spat on her while her children were asleep in their home.
In court documents, Chyna asserts that Hector, whose real name is Taiyon Hector, refused to leave her residence as she prepared for a trip out of state in March 2023. The situation escalated when she asked him to depart, leading to a heated argument.
The filing details that during this confrontation, Chyna allegedly exhibited aggressive behavior towards Hector, which included physical aggression and verbal abuse. “During this incident, Plaintiff became hostile and violent toward Defendant,” the documents state.
Notably, Chyna's nanny and her two children, King and Dream, were present in the home at the time of the alleged altercation. The court documents emphasize that the children were asleep during the incident, raising concerns about their safety.
Hector's attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, has categorically denied Chyna's accusations. “We are not surprised [Chyna] is making what, in our opinion, are blatantly false allegations against Mr. Hector as a feeble attempt to deflect attention from her own violence,” Schenck stated.
He further claimed that individuals who commit acts of aggression often attempt to shift blame onto their victims. “Quite simply, we believe [Chyna] has no defense for her vicious attack on Mr. Hector while he slept,” he added, asserting that they possess evidence to support their case.
Hector himself described the allegations as “the most absurd lie I’ve ever heard,” dismissing claims made by Chyna and her mother. “Twin Hector has never and will never put his hands on a woman,” he declared emphatically.
This legal battle follows a lawsuit filed by Hector nearly a year and a half ago, where he accused Chyna of physically assaulting him during their relationship. He alleged that she exhibited violent behavior when under the influence of alcohol and had threatened his life on multiple occasions.
Hector's lawsuit recounts a particularly brutal incident in September 2021 when he claims Chyna attacked him while he was asleep, resulting in significant injuries. He expressed feelings of love for Chyna but noted her refusal to seek help for her behavior.
