Female Prison Guard Suspended Over ‘Inappropriate Relationship’ With Inmate at a Notorious UK Jail
A female prison guard has been suspended following allegations of an "inappropriate relationship" with an inmate at a notorious UK jail.
Katerina Tatus was reportedly "marched to the gates" of HMP Feltham, located just outside London, after an internal investigation revealed her alleged involvement with a prisoner, according to law enforcement sources.

One insider stated, “She has been accused of having an affair and being too close to a prisoner.” The source further noted, “Katerina is a pretty girl and was popular with both staff and inmates. If she has done what she is accused of, though, she has ruined her career.”
The specific allegations against Tatus, who has been part of the prison system for three years, have not been disclosed. Additionally, no information regarding the inmate involved has been made public.

The scandal came to light after another prison employee noticed the apparent relationship and filed a complaint. “Her suspension has sent shockwaves around the jail, and it has happened because of an intelligence report from other staff,” a source explained.
According to reports, it was the custodial manager responsible for her unit who ultimately uncovered the allegations. “Bosses are really worried about misconduct and corruption, especially after recent cases, so they are doing their best to clamp down on it,” the source added.

This incident follows closely on the heels of another case involving a female British prison guard who was sentenced to 15 months in jail after being filmed engaging in sexual acts with an inmate in his cell.
Linda De Sousa Abreu, a 30-year-old married mother, pleaded guilty to having sex with inmate Linton Weirich multiple times at London’s Wandsworth prison, with one of the encounters captured in a viral video last June.
