xQc Reveals Adept's $10 Million Lawsuit & Ongoing Legal Battles
Popular Twitch and Kick streamer xQc has recently disclosed that his former partner, Adept, is pursuing legal action against him once again, this time in the state of California, demanding a hefty $10 million settlement.
The tumultuous relationship between xQc and Adept has been marred by a string of legal battles since their split. From divorce proceedings to allegations of sexual assault and disputes over car ownership, the ex-couple has been entangled in a web of legal conflicts for over a year.
During a Twitch stream on October 20, 2024, xQc revealed to his audience that Adept had initiated another lawsuit against him, mirroring the previous allegations. The streamer later shared details of the conversation on his YouTube channel in a separate video.
Expressing his disbelief, xQc stated, “Guys, I don’t even know how to say this. Yesterday, chat, you must’ve noticed I left the stream for like 10 minutes or whatever. Right? I had a mini-meeting with my agents or whatever. Apparently, I’m getting sued again…but in California instead. Like, oh, god! Man, I don’t know what to say anymore.”
Following the revelation, xQc expressed his dismay at the situation, questioning the workings of the legal system. “Dude, I want to make a song and dance and rant for an hour about this s**t. But I’m not giving it the light of day because it’s just… I don’t know what to say. It’s just sad at this point,” the streamer added.
Furthermore, xQc disclosed that each accusation in the new lawsuit had already been ruled in his favor in previous court proceedings, labeling the claims as “outrageous s**t.”
The relationship between xQc and Adept officially ended in 2022 after years of an on-and-off dating history. Since their breakup, the duo has been embroiled in various legal disputes.
In September 2024, xQc informed his audience that the initial $500,000 lawsuit filed by Adept against him had been dismissed.
As of now, Adept has not responded to xQc’s claims regarding the new lawsuit and the substantial $10 million settlement demand. However, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as it unfolds.
