Megan Thee Stallion Takes Legal Action Against YouTuber for Cyberstalking

Oct 31 2024

Megan Thee Stallion, the renowned 'Hot Girl' rapper, has taken a significant step by filing a lawsuit against YouTuber Milagro Gramz for allegedly cyberstalking and disseminating misinformation about her. The legal action, initiated on Wednesday, October 30, addresses Gramz's persistent efforts in spreading false narratives about Stallion over the past few years.

The lawsuit stems from Gramz's involvement in perpetuating misleading information regarding Stallion's alleged connection to Tory Lanez's 10-year prison sentence. In 2020, Stallion publicly accused Lanez of shooting her in the foot following an event at Kylie Jenner's residence in the Hollywood Hills. Lanez was subsequently convicted of three felonies in relation to the incident.

Despite the legal proceedings and public scrutiny surrounding the case, Stallion, also known as Megan Pete, has been subjected to unwarranted attention and false accusations, with Gramz exacerbating the situation through various social media platforms.

Legal documents pertaining to the lawsuit highlighted Gramz's deliberate efforts to tarnish Stallion's reputation by engaging in a "public campaign to denigrate, belittle, insult, and spread false statements" about the artist.

The complaint emphasized Stallion's status as a victim of a violent crime and a vocal advocate for women's rights, underscoring the detrimental impact of Gramz's actions on Stallion's well-being and public image.

Furthermore, Gramz was accused of inflicting intentional emotional distress and invading Stallion's privacy through her relentless online behavior.

Following the revelation of the lawsuit, Gramz took to X/Twitter to address her followers regarding the legal proceedings. Subsequently, her social media account was suspended, indicating the gravity of the situation.

Stallion's loyal fan base has rallied behind the artist, expressing their support and approval of her decision to pursue legal action against Gramz.

Reacting to the news, one user exclaimed, "Milagro is officially getting sued. Oh, happy day!" while another tweeted, "Milagro Gramz is finally getting sued by Megan Thee Stallion. Today is a beautiful day," reflecting the widespread sentiment of satisfaction among Stallion's supporters.

Despite the legal developments, Stallion has chosen to maintain a dignified silence regarding the court filings. However, she recently released a 31-song album titled 'Megan: Act II' on October 25, showcasing her resilience and artistic prowess amidst the ongoing legal battle.
