Dr Disrespect's Bold Move to Rumble Gaming as Co-Owner Sparks Controversy
Dr Disrespect, the enigmatic gaming personality, has made headlines once again with his latest career move. After much speculation, it has been confirmed that he is joining Rumble Gaming, making it the third platform he will stream on since his ban from Twitch in 2020.
The rumors of Dr Disrespect, whose real name is Guy Beahm, joining Rumble started circulating when YouTube chose not to remonetize his channel. This decision led the streamer to hint at a potential "much bigger" opportunity on the horizon.
Sharp-eyed fans also noticed the creation of a new Dr Disrespect Rumble channel on November 18, along with the removal of several fake profiles from the site.
This move to Rumble, described as a right-wing platform, aligns with Dr Disrespect's increasing openness about his political views. Notably, he even released merchandise featuring the slogan "Make Gaming Great Again."

Crazy to think a type of ‘class of people’ tried to cancel us and create a false, exaggerated narrative about something from almost a decade ago. They embarrassed my family and I.
And with all that false, negative… https://t.co/Zuu0OpaYym
He stated, "This is the biggest opportunity I've had to date, and I'm ready for the challenge. It's surreal to think that a certain group of individuals tried to silence us and spread a false, exaggerated narrative about an incident from nearly a decade ago. They brought shame upon my family and me. Despite all the negativity and falsehoods, YouTube also decided to take action by demonetizing our channel without a clear explanation."
Reflecting on his journey, he added, "Months later, we've risen to become #2 in the world of video game streaming on the platform, dominating the space. My community has always been my pillar of strength, filled with genuine individuals facing their own challenges, yet showing unwavering loyalty and understanding. They are simply the best."
Dr Disrespect emphasized his gratitude for the chance to contribute to a new platform that resonates with his values. He expressed his desire to move away from cancel culture and suppression, focusing instead on the core of his content—having fun.
It's not just a stream... it's an experience.
