Model and reality star Olivia Culpo recently took to her Instagram Story to update her followers on her battle with illness. Despite feeling under the weather, Culpo expressed gratitude for her loyal companion, her toy goldendoodle named Oliver Sprinkles, who has been by her side throughout her sickness.

In her Instagram post, Culpo shared a heartfelt message alongside a photo of Oliver Sprinkles cuddled up with her. She emphasized the severity of her illness, describing it as the worst respiratory virus she has ever experienced. Culpo also reminded her followers to take care of themselves by not forgetting essentials like vitamin C and hand sanitizer.

Oliver Sprinkles, who has amassed over 24K followers on his own Instagram account, is not just any ordinary dog. The beloved pet, shared by Culpo and her husband Christian McCaffrey, is a star in his own right, with interests that include "belly rubs" and "rolling in deer."

While Culpo battled her illness, her husband, Christian McCaffrey, was away with the San Francisco 49ers for a game against the Green Bay Packers in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, the 49ers suffered a 38-10 defeat, marking their second consecutive loss and bringing their season record to 5-6.

McCaffrey, a prominent running back and the reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year, has been struggling since his return from Achilles tendinitis. In his three games back, he has only managed to accumulate 149 rushing yards and has yet to score a touchdown.

Culpo, who tied the knot with McCaffrey in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island earlier this year, has been a supportive presence at her husband's games. She recently attended his season debut against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, where the 49ers secured a 23-20 victory.
