Jason Kelce displayed his remarkable weight loss in a series of gym photos shared on social media.
On August 21, the former Philadelphia Eagles center, now 37, posted images on Instagram that highlighted his toned physique and muscular arms.
His workout took place at Alpha Phlyte Fitness, located in Downingtown and West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he engaged in rigorous training sessions.
The gym also featured Kelce's photos on their Instagram account, captioning them with the phrase, “When hungry dogs run faster.”
Wearing an Eagles tank top, Kelce was seen performing weight training exercises and executing a plank against the gym wall.
Earlier this year, during the 2025 Truist Championship pro-am in Philadelphia, Kelce revealed his 25-pound weight loss after a wardrobe mishap.
A video shared by the PGA TOUR captured someone complimenting him on his slimmer appearance while on the practice green.
“You’ve lost a little weight,” the individual remarked. Kelce replied, “I’m trying,” noting he had reduced his weight to 270 pounds from 295 during his NFL career.
After announcing his retirement in March 2024 following 13 seasons with the Eagles, Kelce began focusing on his fitness.
In June 2024, he mentioned to GQ that he was already in the process of losing weight. “Right now, I’m about 277. I’m almost 20 pounds down right now,” he stated. “It’s hard to imagine another nearly 20 pounds coming off, being honest with you. But my back already feels better. My knees already feel better. So another 20 pounds hopefully will make that much more adept at playing with my children.”
Since then, Kelce and his wife, Kylie, welcomed their fourth daughter, Finnley “Finn,” in March. The couple also has three other daughters: Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 2.
Post-retirement, Jason has taken on roles as an analyst for ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown and hosts his own variety show on the network titled They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce.
Additionally, he cohosts the popular podcast “New Heights” alongside his younger brother, Travis Kelce.
In a recent interview, Jason elaborated on the strengthened bond with Travis, now 35. “Travis and I have been close for a long time,” he shared with reporters at the American Century Championship golf tournament on July 12. “Now with the podcast, we talk to each other more than we ever have.”
He continued, “We loved each other growing up. We still love each other. Now it’s more like peer to peer, whereas growing up, being the older brother, it was a little bit different.”
