Jaxson Dart Spills the Tea on Bachelor Nation: "I'm Out on Grant!"
As he gears up for the NFL Draft, Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart is also diving into the world of reality TV, sharing his hot takes on the latest season of The Bachelor.
In an exclusive chat with Us Weekly, the 21-year-old revealed that he’s a proud member of Bachelor Nation and didn’t hold back on his opinions about Grant Ellis’ quest for love on the show. “I’m out on Grant,” Dart stated, while promoting his partnership with Head & Shoulders. “I thought Litia [Garr] was going to run away with it, to be honest. Look, I think that shows that we all don’t think the same.”
He continued, “No disrespect, I just feel like he just missed out on a great opportunity.” This comment comes after the dramatic season 29 finale in March, where Ellis, 31, chose to break up with Garr, 32, to pursue a relationship with Juliana Pasquarosa.
But Dart’s reality TV interests don’t stop there. He also has a soft spot for Love Island, although he’s quick to clarify that he wouldn’t label it as a “guilty pleasure.” “It’s just what I like to watch,” he said, emphasizing his enjoyment of the show.

Despite being a native of Utah, Dart admitted he hasn’t ventured into the realms of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City or The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. “I don’t watch any of that other stuff,” he said, keeping his reality TV preferences pretty straightforward.
On the football front, Dart is using his preparation for the NFL Draft as a time for reflection. He’s come a long way since starting his collegiate career at the University of Southern California before transferring to Ole Miss in 2022. “I think it’s really been a maturity growth each year,” Dart explained. “Initially, when you come in as a 17-year-old freshman, you don’t really understand what all entails being a quarterback at the highest level. Each year you’re learning, you’re maturing, you’re really just becoming a professional.”
Feeling confident, Dart added, “I feel like I’m ready. I’m ready for this next step. I’m ready to take on any challenge that’s put in front of me and be able to succeed at the highest level. I just feel like I’m ready for it.”
As the Draft approaches, Dart has teamed up with Head & Shoulders, a partnership he’s been dreaming about since high school. “That was when I grew my hair out for the first time,” he recalled. “I had a few buddies who also did the same thing. We talked about it when there were the [former Pittsburgh Steelers star] Troy Polamalu Head & Shoulders commercials. We always talked about what a great partnership it would be.”

Expressing his gratitude, Dart said, “I’m just super grateful to have this opportunity and to be making these relationships. I think it’s going to go a long way. It’s not going to be something that’s short-term.”
With his sights set on both the NFL and reality TV, Jaxson Dart is definitely a name to watch in the coming months. Whether he’s throwing touchdowns or critiquing reality shows, this young quarterback is making waves both on and off the field.
