Kylie Jenner Opens Up About Breast Surgery Details After Fan Inquiry

Kylie Jenner provided candid insights into her breast enhancement procedure after a fan reached out for guidance on TikTok.

On Monday, TikTok user Rachel Leary posted a video asking the Kylie Cosmetics mogul for details about her surgery, expressing admiration for Jenner's results.

“Shooting my shot,” Leary captioned her video. “Ms. Kylie please can you share.”

In her message, Leary praised Jenner’s appearance, stating, “You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of like, a boob job. It’s like the most perfect natural looking boob job ever.”

Leary continued, “They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.”

She further implored, “Help a girl out @Kylie Jenner. I just want to know how to get them to sit like that, respectfully.”

Hours later, Jenner responded with precise details about her surgery, revealing, “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.”

The reality star has been transparent about her cosmetic procedures, previously discussing her regrets regarding her breast enhancement during a July 2024 episode of her family's reality show.

Jenner shared that she underwent the procedure while pregnant with her first child, Stormi, at just 19 years old. She gave birth to Stormi at 20, having kept her pregnancy private.

Reflecting on her decision, she stated, “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.”

With emotion in her voice, she added, “I wish I never got them done to begin with. I recommend anyone thinking about it to wait [until] after children.”

Jenner expressed concern about her daughter Stormi potentially wanting cosmetic surgery at a young age, saying she would be “heartbroken” if Stormi followed in her footsteps.

In past interviews, Jenner has also addressed rumors regarding facial surgeries, clarifying that she has only received lip fillers. “One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false,” she stated. “I’ve only gotten fillers.”

“I don’t want that to be a part of my story. I will always want everyone to just love themselves,” she concluded.
