OnlyFans Star Shares Insights on Late Billionaire Owner Leonid Radvinsky's Personality and Birthday Gesture Before His Unexpected Passing
Leonid Radvinsky, the enigmatic figure behind OnlyFans, was not just a name in the adult entertainment industry; he was a man who made personal connections, even as he maintained a notoriously private life. The late billionaire, who passed away at 43 after battling cancer, once celebrated a birthday with one of the platform's stars, Keep Chambers.
Chambers recounted her memorable encounter with Radvinsky during her birthday weekend in Miami back in 2021. “We had a boat day for my birthday, where I really got to get to know him,” she shared. “He was incredibly smart and kind.” The 26-year-old creator emphasized how Radvinsky genuinely cared for those around him, stating, “You just know that he wants the best for people when you speak to him.”

Their meeting was not merely a fleeting moment; it sparked an ongoing relationship. Radvinsky took an interest in Chambers’ OnlyFans profile, providing insightful feedback that resonated deeply with her. “He would point out little career things I do that even others wouldn’t notice,” she explained. “That meant so much coming from someone who has built such a legacy.” Chambers noted that Radvinsky’s approach to business was refreshingly personal, contrasting sharply with the typical view of people as mere numbers.
Following their initial meeting, Chambers met Radvinsky several times in Los Angeles, maintaining a connection that lasted until just over a year before his death. She was aware of his health struggles prior to the public announcement of his passing on March 23. A source later revealed that Radvinsky had died days before the news broke, highlighting the secrecy surrounding his life.

“Insiders knew he had been dealing with health issues for some time,” said Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., which collaborates closely with OnlyFans creators. “While his passing is tragic, he left behind a company that was fully prepared and resilient.” Bachman pointed out the stark contrast between Radvinsky’s quiet personal life and the vibrant business he created. “The irony with Leo is that he built one of the most talked-about platforms on the internet, but he lived a life that was incredibly quiet and very disciplined,” he noted.
Radvinsky acquired Fenix International, the parent company of OnlyFans, in 2018 and remained its majority shareholder until his death. His vision transformed the adult industry by empowering performers to retain 80% of their earnings while building their subscriber bases.

Chambers expressed gratitude for having known Radvinsky, wishing she could show him the success she achieved thanks to his influence. “If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be able to help my mother and my sister out with bills,” she said. Her sentiments echoed those of other creators who found financial freedom through the platform.
Sophie Rain, another prominent creator who earned an astonishing $95 million between 2023 and 2025, paid tribute to Radvinsky after his passing. “That man built something that changed my entire life,” she said emotionally. “I grew up on food stamps and now I can take care of my whole family because of a platform he created.” Rain reflected on her struggles before OnlyFans, stating, “Before OnlyFans I was waitressing and barely making rent. That platform gave me everything.”
