On June 4, the Buell Theatre will transform into a vibrant stage for "& Juliet," a musical that reimagines the fate of Shakespeare's iconic character. Rachel Simone Webb, who takes on the role of Juliet, expressed her enthusiasm for the show. "The music is so much fun; this is the music of a lot of our childhoods," she remarked, highlighting the nostalgic connection many have with the songs.

Webb's immediate affection for the storyline and its underlying message drew her to the project. "I read the script and saw how funny it was and knew it was something I wanted to be a part of," she explained, emphasizing the humor woven throughout the narrative.

'Roar' was a song I practiced with my vocal coach when I was 11 years old. Now, I get to sing it every night," she shared, reflecting on her journey as a performer.
