This year marks the 36th iteration of the tournament, which boasts a substantial $750,000 purse, attracting a diverse array of famous faces.

Among the past champions are tennis pro Mardy Fish, who took home the title in 2024, basketball icon Stephen Curry, crowned in 2023, and former NFL quarterback Tony Romo, who won in 2022.

Starting Thursday, celebrities began their practice rounds, fine-tuning their skills ahead of the first round set to tee off Friday morning.

Nearly 100 celebrities are anticipated to participate in this year's event, with a mix of sports figures and entertainers on the roster.

Notably, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is among the expected participants, sparking curiosity about whether his high-profile girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will join him in Lake Tahoe this weekend.

Other prominent names scheduled to play include Davante Adams, Josh Adams, comedian Nate Bargatze, basketball legend Charles Barkley, NFL great Tim Brown, broadcaster Joe Buck, and actors like Miles Teller. The lineup also features stars such as Steph Curry, George Kittle, Trevor Lawrence, Rob Mac, Baker Mayfield, The Miz, Jerry Rice, and Aaron Rodgers.
