Wimbledon 2025 is in full swing, and Glen Powell made a striking entrance on Saturday, July 5, donning an off-white patterned suit paired with a crisp white button-up shirt. His ensemble was completed with brown loafers, dark sunglasses, and a spiky hairstyle that turned heads.
Powell's appearance is just one highlight among many at this prestigious tournament, which has drawn numerous celebrities. The event has long been a favorite of the British royal family, and this year, it also welcomed stars like Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra, who were spotted enjoying the matches.
On July 2, Louis Partridge and Olivia Rodrigo were seen in the Royal Box during the Gentlemen’s Singles second round match featuring Carlos Alcaraz and Oliver Tarvet. The couple confirmed their relationship in December 2023, adding to the excitement of the event. Chopra and Jonas were also present at this match, further elevating the star-studded atmosphere.
Additionally, Dave Grohl and his wife Jordyn Blum made a rare public appearance at Wimbledon. This outing comes after Grohl's admission of an affair and fathering a child with another woman in September 2024, making their attendance noteworthy.

As for Powell, he is preparing for the release of his Hulu comedy series Chad Powers, set to debut in September 2025. The show draws inspiration from Eli Manning’s 2022 ESPN+ docuseries Eli’s Places.
“We’re both diehard college football fans. When we saw Eli as Chad Powers, we knew that was the way into a big, fun story about this world,” Powell and co-creator Michael Waldron stated in a joint announcement in February 2024. “We’re excited to be part of this team and can’t wait to get Chad in the game. Think fast, run fast.”
Eli Manning and his brother Peyton serve as executive producers for the series. Eli shared his thoughts on Powell’s performance: “I thought he looked unbelievable. I mean, he looked terrible, which is hard for Glen to look really bad. He looked bad like I did!”
He continued, “I’ve been talking to him, working with him a little bit in the offseason to get him ready. He’s fired up to play quarterback and to play Chad. He’s gonna do a great job. I can’t wait to see him in action.”

Eli also reflected on how the skit evolved into a series: “Who would’ve ever known? I thought it was a funny idea: ‘Go and try out for a Penn State football team. Have a little fun.’ I hadn’t played football in a couple years, so I wanted to see if I could still throw it and compete. And now it’s turning into a show on Hulu. I mean, it’s unbelievable.”
