Lily Allen's Unfiltered Revelation: Making More Money Selling Feet Photos on OnlyFans Than Spotify

Nov 05 2024

Lily Allen has recently dropped a bombshell, revealing that she rakes in more cash from selling pictures of her feet on OnlyFans than from Spotify, where she boasts nearly eight million daily listeners.

It all started when Allen's pedicurist shared that she had a high rating on WikiFeet, a website dedicated to celebrity feet pictures. This revelation sparked an unconventional business idea for the singer.

During the past summer, Allen ventured into the world of OnlyFans, offering foot photos for a monthly subscription of USD 10. Despite her musical success, she found a lucrative niche in the foot pic market. However, her foot-selling journey came to a halt last month after consistent posting.

Sharing a link to her OnlyFans page and some archive photos, Allen casually mentioned, "Haven't posted in a while, but you can still check out the archive." The internet, as expected, had a lot to say about this unexpected career move.

One Twitter user expressed disbelief, stating, "Imagine being one of the biggest pop stars/musicians in Europe and then being reduced to this." Allen, never one to shy away from speaking her mind, fired back with a reality check, "Imagine being an artist with nearly 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify but earning more money from having 1,000 people subscribe to pictures of your feet. Don’t hate the player, hate the game," as reported by BuzzFeed.

OnlyFans, known for giving 80% of revenue to creators, potentially allows Allen to pocket around USD 8,000 monthly from foot enthusiasts.

Allen's candid nature is not new. The daughter of actor Keith Allen is famous for her unfiltered opinions. In a previous instance, she addressed the term "nepo baby," a label often used in a sexist context to describe individuals with influential parents.

During an appearance on the Miss Me podcast in May, Allen criticized the term, highlighting its gendered implications. She pointed out that it unfairly focuses on women with powerful family connections, insinuating that their success is solely due to nepotism rather than their own merit.

Regarding the term, Allen remarked, "Nepo babies, I think it’s quite like ‘Karen,’ in the sense that it’s just a word used for women who are taking up space, and we’d rather they didn’t, and that they should just go away."

Expressing her annoyance, Allen added, "I actually don’t really mind the nepotism thing, it’s the ‘baby’ that annoys me." She further explained, "It’s meant to be infantilizing."

Despite acknowledging her privileged upbringing and being surrounded by media personalities during her formative years, Allen remains unapologetic about her background.

From foot pics to feminist critiques, Lily Allen continues to surprise and challenge societal norms, proving that she is not just a musical icon but a multifaceted personality unafraid to speak her truth.
