Taylor Swift Celebrates AFC Championship Victory with Brittany Mahomes and Donna Kelce

Taylor Swift embraced a moment of relief with Brittany Mahomes and Donna Kelce after the Kansas City Chiefs' thrilling victory over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game.

Following the Chiefs' 32-29 win in January, Swift, 35, sought out Brittany, wife of quarterback Patrick Mahomes, and Donna, mother of her boyfriend Travis Kelce, on the field at Arrowhead Stadium.

In a revealing segment from episode five of ESPN's docuseries The Kingdom, Swift is seen rushing into Brittany's arms amid the post-game chaos. “You kept me so calm the last couple weeks,” she expressed, highlighting the emotional support Brittany provided during a tense period.

Donna, 72, joined their conversation as Swift elaborated on her reliance on Brittany. “I did not know what to do,” Swift admitted to Donna. “I’d just text Brittany. I’d be like, ‘Tell me it’s going to be OK. Tell me it’s going to be OK.’”

Brittany reassured her, saying, “I always knew it was going to be OK.” Swift then requested to “get in the middle” of the two women, forming a supportive trio as they celebrated together on the field. “My two pillars of support,” she remarked.

Meanwhile, Brittany was also seen checking on Patrick after the game, concerned for his health following a challenging season. “You’re good? Everything’s healthy?” she asked him.

Patrick responded affirmatively, “I’m good. I love you.” To which Brittany replied, “I love you more. I’m so proud of you.”

The Chiefs' victory secured their place in Super Bowl LIX, where they faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles but ultimately fell short with a score of 40-22.

In the aftermath of the loss, which dashed their hopes of becoming the first team to win three consecutive Super Bowls, Patrick reflected on the experience. “Leaving the football field, one of the lowest points of my career,” he stated in episode six of The Kingdom. “You lose a chance of having that three-peat. You never know if you’ll ever have that opportunity again. You lose a Super Bowl; that’s stuff you have to live with for the rest of your career.”

The first two episodes of The Kingdom are currently available on ESPN+, with episodes three and four set to premiere on August 19, followed by episodes five and six on August 20.
