Bianca Censori Goes Full Lady Godiva Riding a Laughing Horse

Feb 06 2026

Bianca Censori has taken the concept of “bareback” riding to a whole new level.

The 31-year-old architect and performance artist recently graced the pages of Vanity Fair, where she not only showcased her artistic vision but also delved into her marriage and her husband’s controversial views. This candid interview marks her first extensive public discussion, revealing layers beyond mere aesthetics.

“I was naked everywhere,” Censori stated, emphasizing her commitment to her art. “I didn’t detach with it at any point. I consistently showed the same imagery over and over and over again. I live my artwork.”

Captured by photographer Katy Grannan, the photoshoot features Censori in various states of undress, pushing boundaries of conventional fashion. One particularly striking image shows her astride a black stallion, adorned only with flowing dark faux hair and a toe ring. Other images depict her in fishnets, vintage-style underwear, and even a fuzzy thong — though not one from Kim Kardashian’s Skims collection.

However, the most significant revelations came through her words. After years of being the subject of intense scrutiny without uttering a word, Censori addressed the ongoing speculation regarding her provocative wardrobe choices. Are they expressions of self or manifestations of control?

“I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do,” she asserted, clarifying that her fashion choices are collaborative efforts with Ye, 48. “So it was like a collaboration; it was never ‘I was being told to do something.’ If you were married to Gianni Versace, wouldn’t he give you a dress or something?”

Since their first public appearance together in January 2023, the Melbourne native has consistently tested societal norms regarding decency. Her fashion highlights include sheer bodysuits, an edible candy bikini, and a transparent raincoat worn without anything underneath — not to mention a see-through stocking dress at the 2025 Grammys.

Censori’s visibility skyrocketed, culminating in her recognition as the most googled woman globally in 2025. “I’m not trying to sound like I’m bragging, but it is not a position that anybody in time has ever had that much visibility without speech,” she explained. “If it was just nudity, a lot of people would have that. But it also proves that in a time so overexposed and vulnerable, mystery still has power.”

This feature follows her recent art show “BIO POP” in Seoul, which debuted in December. For this performance, Censori donned a striking blood-red latex catsuit while body doubles in flesh-colored suits were contorted into furniture pieces.

When asked why she chose this moment to finally speak out after building an empire on intrigue and silence, Censori replied, “Because I have something to talk about. Demanding me to speak is a form of control in itself.”

In her own words: “My life is my art. Isn’t that so annoying?”
