Brooklyn and Nicola Beckham Acquire $16 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Brooklyn Peltz Beckham and Nicola Peltz Beckham have made a significant investment in their future, acquiring a lavish mansion in Beverly Hills for $16 million.

The couple, married since April 2022, secured the property in the exclusive Trousdale Estates neighborhood through an off-market deal, as confirmed by a source.

At 26 and 30 years old respectively, Brooklyn and Nicola find themselves among a host of celebrities, with Elton John reportedly living nearby.

Despite ongoing tensions with Brooklyn's family, including his parents David and Victoria Beckham, the couple's move to Los Angeles is not directly tied to these familial disputes. “This house has nothing to do with family dynamics,” the source clarified. “Both Nicola and Brooklyn’s careers are based in Los Angeles, and Brooklyn spent part of his childhood there while his father played for the L.A. Galaxy.”

Brooklyn's connection to Los Angeles runs deep; he attended school there for several years, forming lasting friendships. “L.A. has always felt like home to him,” the insider added.

In addition to their real estate venture, Brooklyn launched his hot sauce brand, Cloud23, in October 2024, featuring flavors like Hot Habanero and Sweet Jalapeño. Nicola, an actress known for her roles in Bates Motel and Welcome to Chippendales, continues to build her career in Hollywood.

A second source revealed that the couple is focused on creating a “peaceful life together.” While they remain distanced from Brooklyn’s family in the U.K., there is still hope for reconciliation. “Moving forward isn’t out of the realm of possibility, but would require effort and accountability from the other side,” the insider noted.

Communication has been strained since Brooklyn and Nicola opted not to attend David’s 50th birthday celebration in London on May 3. Their decision stemmed from a desire for a separate meeting with David and Victoria due to tensions surrounding Brooklyn’s brother Romeo’s relationship with Kim Turnbull, which David and Victoria declined.

Romeo, 22, and Turnbull, 24, ended their relationship shortly after the birthday party, following seven months of dating.
