Dalton Kincaid Shares Insights from Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld's Wedding
Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid attended the wedding of quarterback Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld, providing an insider's view of the event.
The couple exchanged vows on May 31 in a grand ceremony held in Santa Barbara, California. Kincaid, 25, described the occasion as “fun” and “personal,” emphasizing the atmosphere where guests were fully engaged in the moment. “Everyone just there together, present and enjoying the night,” he noted.
Steinfeld later shared in her Beau Society newsletter that they opted for a “no-phone wedding,” a decision she reflected on positively. “Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made,” she stated.
Since the wedding, Kincaid has observed a shift in Allen’s demeanor. “With him now being a married man, I think he’s definitely developed more of an aura,” Kincaid remarked, adding that this was a new descriptor for him. Despite this newfound presence, Kincaid assured fans that Allen remains unchanged at his core.
The Bills are set to kick off the 2025 NFL season against the Baltimore Ravens on September 7. With high expectations for the franchise, Kincaid understands the pressure: it’s Super Bowl or bust this year.
“We really preach playoff-caliber,” he explained. “You can’t win a Super Bowl unless you make it to the playoffs. The first goal is just making it to the playoffs. From there, it’s all eyes on winning the big one.”

Over the past five seasons, the Bills have reached the Divisional Playoff Round each time and made two appearances in the AFC Championship Game. However, they have not reached a Super Bowl since 1993.
As Kincaid prepares for his third season with the Bills, he has partnered with The Q-Collar, a product developed by Q30 Innovations. This FDA-cleared sports equipment is designed to protect athletes from repetitive head impacts.
“Why not protect your brain?” Kincaid questioned, referencing his sister Kelsey, an ER doctor who often reminds him about health risks. “When it comes to the head and the brain, she’s real adamant that that’s something you can’t really afford to mess with.”
Kincaid concluded, “Why would you not wear something that can protect you and the longevity of playing in the league, as well? That life span is pretty limited.”
