Filming for "Landman" Season 2 Disrupts Traffic in Downtown Fort Worth
Filming for the second season of the popular series "Landman" is underway in Downtown Fort Worth, prompting several road closures this week.
The production, which frequently utilizes locations across North Texas, has also enlisted local residents as extras. In addition to Fort Worth, filming locations for this season include Benbrook, Weatherford, Cresson, and Irving.
City officials have confirmed that police will be present to manage traffic flow during the filming. Despite the disruptions, businesses in the downtown area will remain operational.
Production began on June 24, with specific filming scheduled for June 25 at 640 Taylor Street from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. During this time, parking will be allowed at designated locations.
On June 26, filming will take place at The Worthington Hotel located at 200 Main St. and 61 Osteria at 500 W. 7th St., also from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Parking arrangements will be made available for those affected by the closures.
