Walmart Driver Caught Masturbating Shortly After Delivering Groceries
A recent incident involving a Walmart delivery driver has left a South Carolina woman in shock after she discovered the driver pleasuring himself just moments after delivering her groceries.
The driver, identified as Alvin Ortiz, is facing legal action alongside Walmart, Inc. as part of a lawsuit filed in Horry County seeking damages for recklessness and negligence. The lawsuit, filed on Dec. 19, alleges that Ortiz, 39, dropped off the groceries at the woman's doorstep around 9 a.m. on July 8.
Instead of promptly leaving after the delivery, Ortiz remained parked in the woman's driveway, spending an additional 10 to 15 minutes in his car, as per the lawsuit.
Shocking the woman, when she approached the vehicle to check on Ortiz, she was met with a disturbing sight - Ortiz with his pants down, engaging in inappropriate behavior.
Feeling alarmed, the woman hurried back into her home, taking her young child with her. They sought refuge and contacted a neighbor for assistance.
The neighbor approached Ortiz's car and witnessed him continuing his lewd act. A confrontation ensued, with Ortiz reportedly making violent threats from his car before eventually driving away.
The aftermath of this unsettling incident led to Ortiz's arrest on July 9 for indecent exposure, with the legal proceedings still ongoing.
The lawsuit further alleges that Walmart neglected to conduct a thorough background check on Ortiz before employing him. It asserts that Walmart should bear responsibility for the actions of its employees during work hours.
Responding to the situation, Walmart emphasized its commitment to the safety of both employees and customers, stating that they are taking the matter seriously. The company's legal team is currently assessing the complaint and preparing to address it in court.
