Kick Streamer Clavicular Detained Live, Faces Serious Felony Charges After Court Appearance

Feb 10 2026

Kick streamer Clavicular found himself in a precarious situation Saturday night when police arrested him during a live stream in Arizona. The incident escalated quickly, culminating in a court hearing that was also broadcasted, revealing the gravity of the charges against him.

As the clock struck late on February 7, law enforcement approached Clavicular while he was engaged with his audience on Kick. In a video that circulated widely, an officer informed him of his arrest, citing allegations of using a false ID to gain entry into a liquor establishment while underage. The stream abruptly ended as Clavicular was taken into custody.

Court documents later indicated that Clavicular faces three charges: two Class 4 felonies for forgery related to possessing a forged instrument and dangerous drug possession or use, alongside a Class 1 misdemeanor for a minor using a false ID to enter a liquor venue. It’s important to note that these charges remain allegations pending further legal proceedings.

The following day, February 8, Clavicular appeared for an initial court hearing streamed live by a friend who witnessed the arrest. This unique perspective attracted considerable online attention as viewers tuned in to watch the legal proceedings unfold in real time.

During the hearing, Clavicular’s attorney contended that the forgery charge lacked sufficient grounds under Arizona law. He argued that for a forgery possession charge to hold, there must be intent to defraud, asserting that the fake ID was merely found on Clavicular during police questioning and not used to deceive anyone actively. Furthermore, he claimed that staff at the liquor establishment did not confirm that Clavicular had used the false ID and suggested he was there as a promoter, which he argued undermined the probable cause for the search that allegedly revealed dangerous drugs.

Despite these defenses, the judge determined that the circumstances warranted probable cause for all three charges. A status conference is set for February 23 at 8:30 AM, followed by a preliminary hearing scheduled for February 26 at 8:30 AM.

The judge opted not to impose bail, allowing Clavicular to be released on his own recognizance with standard release conditions, including an order prohibiting him from returning to the location of the alleged offense.

After the hearing, Clavicular’s attorney took to the stream to inform viewers that his client would be processed out of custody and expected to be released within hours. No additional conditions were placed beyond the standard restrictions.

As it stands, the case is ongoing, with all charges unproven as it approaches its next court dates later this month.
