Lollapalooza is set to take over Grant Park in Chicago from July 31 to August 3, with gates opening daily at 11 a.m. The festival promises an exciting lineup and vibrant atmosphere.
Festivalgoers can enter through the main entrance at Michigan Avenue and Ida B. Wells Drive, while the north entrance is accessible at Monroe Street and Columbus Drive. This yearโs lineup features a mix of genres and popular artists.
On Thursday night, Tyler the Creator and Luke Combs will headline, joined by Gracie Abrams, Sierra Ferrell, Cage the Elephant, and Royal Otis. Friday night brings Olivia Rodrigo and Korn to the stage, along with performances from Djo, Bleachers, T-Pain, and Foster the People.
Saturday night will see Rufus Du Sol and Twice take the spotlight, with additional acts including Doechii, Clairo, Young Miko, and Marina. The festival will conclude on Sunday night with Sabrina Carpenter and A$AP Rocky headlining, alongside Dominic Fike, Finneas, Remi Wolf, and The Marias.
Tickets can be purchased through Lollapalooza's official website. As the festival approaches, street closures have already begun, starting July 16, and will remain in effect until August 4.
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) recommends using the Red and Blue lines for convenient access to Grant Park. Festival attendees can also utilize any elevated lines in The Loop. Notably, the Yellow Line will operate until 1 a.m. during the festival.

Bus services will be adjusted to connect Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center to Grant Park. Expect rerouting for buses in the Grant Park vicinity, particularly on Michigan Avenue between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to manage post-festival crowds.
Metra will enhance train services throughout the Lollapalooza weekend to accommodate increased demand.
Regarding bag policies, festival organizers permit small clutch purses and fanny packs measuring 6" x 9" or smaller without needing to be clear. However, bags larger than this must be clear and not exceed dimensions of 12" x 6" x 12". Empty hydration packs are also allowed without a clear requirement.
