Model's Head Decapitated and Stolen from Cemetery in Murder Case
A gruesome discovery was made at a cemetery when workers found a coffin that wouldn’t close properly, leading to the shocking revelation that a murdered model’s head had been stolen. Reports indicate that Pamela Genini, a 29-year-old model and entrepreneur known for her appearances on Italian reality TV, was brutally stabbed to death on her balcony in Milan last October.
Authorities allege that her ex-boyfriend, Gianluca Soncin, a 52-year-old businessman, committed the crime after a period of stalking and desperate pleas for reconciliation. The violent incident unfolded as Genini was attacked in her own home, where she was stabbed over 24 times.

On Monday, as cemetery staff prepared to inter her remains, they noticed something amiss with the coffin. Loose screws and fresh silicone sealing suggested tampering had occurred. Upon opening the coffin, they were met with the horrifying sight of Genini’s decapitated body.
Police suspect that three or four individuals may have been involved in this macabre act, although the reasoning behind this estimate remains unclear. The investigation is currently focused on the desecration of a corpse and theft, which could lead to a prison sentence of up to seven years.

Genini’s tragic end came after she expressed fear for her safety in messages to friends, stating, “I’m scared. This guy’s completely crazy… I don’t know what to do.” Just before the police arrived, witnesses reported hearing her cries for help as the attack took place.
In a desperate attempt to evade capture, Soncin reportedly inflicted wounds on himself, slashing his throat twice. He is currently in custody facing charges of stalking and murder.
