OnlyFans Model Claims Patriots QB Drake Maye Appears Unhappy with Wife

Feb 06 2026

A well-known OnlyFans creator has taken a daring step, aiming her sights at New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye just days before Super Bowl LX.

“This might get me canceled, but I don’t care,” Forrest Smith stated in a video shared by TMZ Sports on February 6. “Did you see Drake Maye at the end of that AFC Championship game? He did not look happy.”

Shifting her focus, Smith commented on Maye’s wife, Ann Michael Maye, whom the quarterback wed in June 2025. “I don’t know what’s up with his wife,” she remarked. “She kinda reminds me of a tradwife. She’s, like, 23. He can do so much better than that.”

Smith acknowledged the audacity of her remarks, adding, “I know. I shouldn’t say that.”

Ann has recently gained attention for her popular TikTok account, where she shares baking videos with over 500,000 followers.

“I’m not doing anything after the Super Bowl, and if you win, I think you could have a better time than going to Disney with your wife. Yeah, I’ll be around,” Smith suggested.

In a direct message to the 23-year-old quarterback on Instagram, she began with “Drake 👀.”

“You didn’t look too happy after that AFC win,” she wrote. “You deserve to be celebrated! I’m excited to watch you crush it at the Super Bowl. Instead of Disney, why don’t you come to Miami and hang with me? I have a fun party we can go to. Lmk what you think xo.”

As of the latest updates, Maye has yet to respond to Smith’s message.

With Super Bowl 60 against the Seattle Seahawks approaching, Maye has a lot on his mind.

Following their victory over the Denver Broncos on January 25, which secured their spot in Santa Clara, California for the big game, some observers noted an awkward interaction between Drake and Ann on the field afterward.

“His body language is throwing me off,” one viewer commented on an NFL video posted on Instagram. “This was hard to watch. She was so excited for him.”

Another observer remarked, “He looks like he couldn’t care less that she’s there – and this is coming from a die-hard Patriots fan. It hardly looks like a couple celebrating going to the Super Bowl. Awkward.”

Despite these observations, Drake has expressed nothing but affection for his relationship with Ann.

“My teammates have the right to whatever they choose but I would definitely advise them to eventually get married,” he told reporters on February 2. “It’s one of the best things I’ve experienced in my life. There’s no better feeling than coming home to a wife that loves you and cares for you.”

He added, “I know my teammates, some of them are experiencing different parts of their life. I chose to get married young, and I don’t regret it one bit.”

Super Bowl 60 between the Patriots and Seahawks is set to kick off on NBC and Peacock Sunday, February 8, at 6:30 ET.
