Taylor Swift Joins Travis Kelce at High School Football Reunion
Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance at what can only be described as an unofficial reunion for her fiancé, Travis Kelce, and his former high school football teammates.
“Viking Nation, what a blessing this weekend [was] in KC,” shared Kelce’s former coach on the Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School’s social media page. The post, dated December 17, highlighted the joy of reconnecting with Kelce and several former players. “Anyone who doubted Trav has been proven wrong. So proud of him and his future!”
In a photo shared online, the 36-year-old Kelce posed with his childhood coach and teammates in a private suite at Arrowhead Stadium following the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Los Angeles Chargers on December 14. Another image captured the group enjoying themselves at a festive venue.
Fans quickly noticed Swift, also 36, casually walking in the background, her signature red lipstick making her presence unmistakable.
Since their relationship began in 2023, Swift has frequently attended Kelce’s games. During the recent match, she was seen in the suite alongside both their mothers and Kelce’s brother, Jason. The pop star also spent time with Jason’s wife, Kylie, and their four daughters.
“The girls had not yet seen Uncle Trav play in Arrowhead Stadium,” Kylie remarked on her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” aired December 18. “It was super exciting to see friends and family there; they were thrilled to watch a game with everyone.”
However, the excitement of the game didn’t quite resonate with Jason and Kylie’s children: Wyatt, 6, Ellie, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, just 8 months old.
“To be honest, they’re not that interested in football,” Kylie joked. “They yell at us whenever we try to put it on TV. Finnie slept through all the noise, which is hilarious.”
Swift has been bonding with the Kelce kids long before this game day, often engaging them through crafts and baking activities.
“I’m getting my hobbies back,” Swift shared on Travis and Jason’s “New Heights” podcast in August. “We’re deep into a sourdough obsession. I’ve been working on a Funfetti sourdough for the girls because they love everything rainbow.”
She added, “We put sprinkles in everything when we hang out.”
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement later in August after two years of dating.
A source revealed to a publication that “Taylor is visibly lighter and laughing a lot more.” The insider noted that Travis brings a sense of playful confidence to her life.
Another insider emphasized how Travis has allowed Taylor to embrace her true self. “He supports her in ways she never imagined,” they said. “That kind of ease has given her permission to be her real self.”
