Inside the $30 Million Mansion of Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle as It Hits the Market

Feb 20 2026

Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle have placed their lavish residence on the market, a decision that follows their engagement from 2018 to 2024.

Situated in the prestigious Admirals Cove community of Jupiter, Florida, the property is listed at approximately $30 million. The couple acquired the home for $9.7 million in 2021, shortly after Donald Trump concluded his presidency.

With their recent split, the former couple has discreetly put the two-story estate up for sale. Spanning 11,300 square feet, the residence boasts six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and six half-bathrooms.

Luxury abounds within the home, featuring an elevator, a wine room, and a chef’s kitchen. The expansive layout includes French doors and glass walls that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living spaces. A formal living room, family room, and a dining area enclosed in glass enhance the home's appeal.

The master suite offers an en-suite bathroom equipped with dual vanities and a separate tub and shower. Additional amenities comprise a gym with a massage nook, a game room with a bar, and a wood-paneled office. Outdoors, residents can enjoy a swimming pool and a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, accommodating an 85-foot yacht.

Proximity to Mar-a-Lago and Trump National Golf Club adds to the property's allure. A source revealed that there is "a ton of interest" in the listing, which is being quietly marketed.

"It's a beautiful house, and it is finally ready to sell," the source noted. Trump Jr., who has five children with ex-wife Vanessa Trump, is now engaged to socialite Bettina Anderson.

Kimberly Guilfoyle, who was previously married to California Governor Gavin Newsom and has a son with her second ex-husband Eric Villency, expressed her happiness for Trump Jr.'s new engagement during an interview.

Currently serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece since 2025, Kimberly resides in an official residence in Athens. When Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle purchased the property, it had been recently renovated with modern white finishes.

The home was initially listed in 2017 for nearly $20 million but saw its price drop to $10 million over time due to lack of buyers. Ultimately, the couple negotiated down to their purchase price of $9.7 million.

Earlier this week, Kimberly attended a high-profile event where her son Ronan Anthony Villency captured attention. She shared moments from the glamorous 2026 Sing for Greece final on social media, showcasing her stunning ruby-red gown paired with a fur-collared coat.
