Lil Wayne Announces Minneapolis Stop on 20th Anniversary Tour

Rapper Lil Wayne is set to take the stage at the Target Center in Minneapolis, marking a significant milestone in his career with a concert celebrating 20 years in the music industry.

This tour coincides with the release of his much-anticipated album "Tha Carter VI," scheduled for June 6. This new addition brings the total to six albums in the iconic Carter series, which includes previous hits like "Tha Carter," "Tha Carter II," "Tha Carter III," "Tha Carter IV," and "Tha Carter V."

Fans can expect to hear classic tracks from the series, such as "Lollipop" and "A Milli" from "Tha Carter III," "6 Foot 7 Foot" from "Tha Carter IV," along with earlier favorites like "Fireman" and "Go DJ."

The North American tour will feature 34 stops, with Minneapolis scheduled for August 20. This extensive tour highlights Wayne's enduring influence in the hip-hop scene.

Presale tickets became available on June 4, with additional presale opportunities throughout the week. General admission tickets will officially go on sale on June 6 at 10 a.m. via Live Nation's website.
