Spanish tennis player Pedro Martínez is stepping into the world of OnlyFans, a move that has caught the attention of sports enthusiasts. The ATP No. 52 player made the announcement on June 26, expressing his desire to bring fans closer to the action on and off the court.
“As the grass court season comes to a climax at Wimbledon, I can’t wait to show fans what it’s really like behind the scenes on the tour,” said Martínez, 28, in a press release. Subscribers can expect a variety of content, including training insights, match-day routines, and travel diaries, offering a unique glimpse into his life.
Martínez emphasized the positive feedback he received from fellow tennis players already on the platform. “Everyone I’ve spoken to in the tennis world who is on the platform loves it,” he noted. “It’s an incredible way to connect and engage with fans, showing a more personal side than what they see on other platforms.”
This trend of tennis professionals embracing OnlyFans is gaining momentum. Australian star Nick Kyrgios launched his page in 2023 and has remained active, recently introducing a new series on OnlyFans TV. “Launching an OnlyFans was a no-brainer,” Kyrgios stated earlier this year. “They are revolutionizing social media and I wanted to be a part of that. Athletes can no longer just show up on the court or the field; we have to show up online too.”
Kyrgios further elaborated on his motivations, saying he wanted “to create, produce, direct and own content.” He added, “That’s the future. I’ve been speaking to my fans directly for years and I know what they want to see.”
Paquet echoed Martínez’s sentiments about revealing what happens off the court while also addressing OnlyFans’ reputation as an adult content platform. “It’s going to help a lot,” said Paquet, 30. “It’s an inclusive platform and, more and more, there are sports fans on the platform. Of course, for me, it’s a huge opportunity also to generate a little bit of salary to help with my career, so it’s really nice.”
