Brittany Mahomes Marks 30th Birthday with Private Plane Celebration
Brittany Mahomes took to the skies to celebrate her 30th birthday, embarking on a weekend getaway with friends that was nothing short of extravagant.
On August 29, just two days before her birthday, Mahomes shared a glimpse of the festivities by reposting an Instagram Story from friends Lyndsay Bell and Cass Greinert. The photo captured the Kansas City Chiefs WAG boarding a private plane adorned with festive decorations.
“Celebrating our girl all weekend,” Bell declared to her followers, rallying excitement with the phrase, “Let’s go girls!”
Sporting matching sunglasses, a pink cowboy hat, and jeans, Mahomes posed on a pink carpet beneath an inflatable “30” balloon at the plane's entrance. The entrance was further embellished with a vibrant array of balloons, setting the tone for the birthday celebrations.
The festivities kicked off shortly after Mahomes attended a game with close friends Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, and Jason Kelce. On August 28, she was seen enjoying the atmosphere at Arrowhead Stadium as the Cincinnati Bearcats faced off against the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
During the game, Swift showcased her stunning engagement ring, designed by Kindred Lubeck at Artifex Fine Jewelry, while the Bearcats ultimately fell short with a 17-20 loss. Despite being booed by the crowd, Travis Kelce maintained his composure throughout the event.
Mahomes was among the first to congratulate Swift and Travis on their engagement after two years of dating. Their playful announcement humorously noted their respective professions: “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
In a heartfelt message shared via Instagram on August 26, Mahomes expressed her joy for the couple, writing alongside Swift’s song “So High School,” “Two of the most genuine people meet & fall in love. Just so happy for these two.”
This month has been busy for Brittany, who recently took her three children—Sterling, 3, Bronze, 2, and Golden, 7 months—to Legoland Discovery Center in Kansas City. The outing allowed baby Golden to bond with her mother while the older siblings enjoyed time with giraffes and flamingos.
Switching from casual theme park attire to a chic sleeveless off-white mini dress, Mahomes joined her husband Patrick at the red carpet premiere of the Chiefs’ documentary series, The Kingdom, just last Sunday.
Looking ahead, the family is gearing up for the NFL season kickoff as the Chiefs prepare to face the Los Angeles Chargers in São Paulo, Brazil on September 5. Brittany expressed her enthusiasm about sharing this season with their young children.
