Brittany Williams, former partner of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, took to Instagram to share her first post since Allen's wedding to actress Hailee Steinfeld over the weekend. The post, made on June 2, features Williams enjoying a day out in New York City, dressed in a strapless maroon mini-dress.
“I like this little life 💖,” she captioned the series of images, which show her posing with a slice of New York-style pizza and a cup of coffee, accessorized with sunglasses and a chic handbag.
Allen, 29, and Williams dated for nearly eight years, from 2015 until their breakup in 2023. Shortly after their split, Allen began a relationship with Steinfeld, 28, in May 2023, culminating in a proposal in November 2024.
In a newsletter from December 2024, Allen expressed his nerves about proposing to Steinfeld. “It was hard to keep secrets from you,” he admitted. “Multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be.”
He recounted the moment he proposed: “I said, ‘I couldn’t wait any longer. I can’t wait to start a family with you.’ I asked you very nicely. I said please.” His heartfelt words led to an “extremely surprised” Steinfeld saying yes, which he described as “all that mattered” to him.

The couple exchanged vows in California on May 31, following a rehearsal ceremony the previous day. Steinfeld donned a stunning white strapless gown complemented by opera gloves and a long veil.
Earlier this year, during the 2025 NFL Honors in February, Allen publicly acknowledged Steinfeld while accepting the MVP award. He referred to her as his “rock” and “best friend,” highlighting their strong bond.
Williams and Allen's history dates back to their childhood in Fresno, California. They first met at a birthday party when they were around eight years old. Their romantic journey began nearly a decade later when Williams invited Allen to her school's Sadie Hawkins dance.
Reflecting on that night during a September 2022 podcast episode, Williams recalled how nervous Allen was. “He had never been on a party bus and was just so overwhelmed,” she said. Despite the initial excitement, they lost touch for about a year afterward due to Allen’s shyness.
“I knew it wasn’t meant to be at the time,” she noted, but always felt that their story wasn’t over. The two eventually reconnected as college freshmen and maintained their relationship until their split in 2023.
