Taylor Swift Supports Travis Kelce at Chiefs Game Ahead of Album Release
Taylor Swift was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium on September 28, cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs as they triumphed over the Baltimore Ravens with a score of 37-20. This appearance comes just days before the release of her highly anticipated album, The Life of a Showgirl.
On September 27, Swift celebrated her friend Selena Gomez’s wedding in California, attending both the ceremony and the rehearsal dinner. Despite her busy schedule, she made time to support Kelce, who is also 35, during this crucial NFL season.
Since the season began, Swift has maintained a relatively low profile. She did not attend Kelce’s away games against the Los Angeles Chargers in São Paulo or the New York Giants in East Rutherford. However, she made a notable entrance at the Chiefs’ home game against the Philadelphia Eagles on September 14, reportedly arriving behind a moving wall to avoid being seen by fans.
Later that evening, she joined Kelce and friends at a birthday celebration for teammate Patrick Mahomes at 1587 Prime restaurant. The couple appeared joyful in an Instagram photo alongside Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, as well as country artist Kane Brown and his spouse, Katelyn Jae Brown.
Swift’s new album drops on October 3, and she plans to celebrate with The Official Release Party of a Showgirl in theaters from October 5 through 7. “You’ll get to see the exclusive world premiere of the music video for my new single, ‘The Fate of Ophelia,’ along with never-before-seen behind-the-scenes footage,” she shared on Instagram. “Looks like it’s time to brush off that Eras Tour outfit or orange cardigan… Tickets are on sale now. Dancing is optional but very much encouraged.”

Travis Kelce has expressed his enthusiasm for Swift’s upcoming album multiple times, including during an episode of his podcast, “New Heights,” where he teased about hearing all twelve tracks. “It’s so much fun,” he said. “I know they’re all 12 bangers. It’s a lot more upbeat and a lot more fun pop excitement.”
He continued to rave about the album later that month, noting its poetic melodies and engaging beats. “It’s just so much fun to listen to, man. I’ve been dancing all throughout the house,” he remarked, highlighting his excitement for Swift’s new musical direction.
