With this victory, the Lynx (9-0) are now tied for the fourth-best start in WNBA history, following their record-setting 13-game winning streak at the beginning of the 2016 season.
Collier showcased her versatility, shooting 10 of 19 from the field and 3 of 6 from beyond the arc, while also contributing four assists, four steals, and three blocks to her team's effort.
McBride's early deep 3-pointer set the tone just two and a half minutes into the game, establishing a lead that Minnesota maintained throughout. The Lynx never trailed after that initial basket.
On the opposing side, Arike Ogunbowale led Dallas (1-9) with 26 points, including six 3-pointers, while Maddy Siegrist added 15 points. Rookie Paige Bueckers, who was sidelined due to illness, missed her fourth consecutive game despite being cleared earlier on Sunday after previously being in concussion protocol.
Siegrist's layup at the end of the third quarter capped a 17-4 run for Dallas, narrowing the gap to just one point at 57-56. However, Collier quickly responded by opening the fourth quarter with a 3-pointer and a mid-range jumper, preventing any further Dallas comeback.
Natisha Hiedeman's timely 3-pointer with just over two minutes left in the game extended Minnesota's lead to 77-62, solidifying their control.
The Lynx excelled with 13 three-pointers made, recorded 25 assists on 29 field goals, achieved 12 steals, and maintained a low turnover count of just six.
Meanwhile, the Wings are struggling with five consecutive losses. Looking ahead, the Lynx will face the Storm in Seattle, while Dallas prepares to take on Phoenix on Wednesday.
